Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to cumya.com and purchases from Cumya Home. By visiting the site, creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and must provide accurate, current information. Additional terms may apply to particular promotions or services.

Shopify platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process checkout. Your use of payment, account or accelerated-checkout features may also be subject to terms and privacy notices from Shopify or the applicable provider.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious errors and may limit or cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, inventory issues, shipping restrictions or unauthorized resale. If an affected payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will be issued.

An order acknowledgement is not acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfillment or shipped, subject to applicable law.

Products, images and dimensions

We work to present descriptions, quantities, dimensions, colors and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation and measurement methods can produce differences. Customers should measure their intended space and review instructions before assembly or installation.

Availability may change without notice. Product packaging, minor details or components may be updated when function remains substantially equivalent. If a material substitution is required, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.

Assembly, installation and safe use

Follow all product instructions, load limits, warnings and anchoring guidance. Confirm that walls, doors, shelves, cabinets and other mounting surfaces are suitable before installation. Keep hardware and small parts away from children. Stop using a product that appears damaged or unstable.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmit malicious code; interfere with security; scrape or overload systems without authorization; submit false information; impersonate another person; or engage in fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity. We may suspend access or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Site text, design, graphics and other content are owned by Cumya or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws. Limited personal use of the site does not transfer ownership rights. Links or integrations provided by third parties are governed by their own terms; Cumya is not responsible for services it does not control.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Cumya a non-exclusive license to use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Cumya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such limitation is permitted.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity, severability and waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of another person's rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Changes, termination and governing rules

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may discontinue features or restrict access for security, legal or operational reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant operating Cumya, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised with customer support so we can attempt a good-faith resolution.
