How do I know whether an organizer will fit?
Measure the usable interior width, depth and height of your drawer, shelf, cabinet or door. Compare those measurements with the dimensions shown on the product page and allow space for hinges, pipes, trim and moving drawers.
Are products sold individually or as sets?
The included quantity is stated in the product title and description. Terms such as “2 Pack,” “4 Pack” or “25 Piece” describe the contents of one selected product option.
Do products require assembly?
Some shelving, racks and pull-out organizers require assembly. Review the product description and follow the instructions included with the item. Wall-mounted products must be attached to a suitable surface with appropriate hardware.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@cumya.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters processing, and changes cannot be guaranteed after checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. High-volume periods, address verification or inventory checks may require additional time.
How do I track an order?
Tracking is sent to the checkout email when it becomes available. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.
What if the package is delayed?
Review the carrier tracking first. If the parcel has not moved for several business days or is beyond the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, exterior packaging, internal packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging while the case is reviewed.
Can I return an organizer after assembly?
Items generally need to be unused, unassembled and returned in original packaging. An assembled or used item may not be eligible unless it arrived defective or applicable law provides otherwise.
How long do refunds take?
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
